    Maddie,

Nice job and thank you for sharing! Your designs are neat (assuming these are yours) on the offering and I am eager to see how your respondents choose to go. I would be interested to learn more about the demographics of your selected group of ideal customers. Did you break this up evenly with two versus two in the younger/older demographics to measure preferences? My strong hunch is that you are going to see a stronger response rate from the younger segment, as the graphics tend to be aligned more closely with that demographic. I look forward to hearing how things shake out!

    Cheers,

      Zane,
Yes, the design ideas were all created on Canva, using their templates and my design/editing. Yes, the clients are going to be two and two, two being around 25 years old and the other two being in their early 50s! Those results will be analyzed and posted shortly.

    Maddie,

Your marketing tools have the fun, fresh, funky vibe that you have been speaking about presenting regarding May’s Rentals. I love art so your idea has been very intriguing to me. It has been great to see you develop since our first semester in this program. I personally think you have leveled up so much this semester and on these assignments. Your passion for doing something with real estate is shining through. I bet it feels good to take the concept that you spoke of in your student interview with me and see it start to take shape during these projects. You’re rocking it Maddie, great job!

    Kind Regards,

    Tonya T. Thomas
