Bear with me here! This is my first time creating a podcast. Please use your imagination, if possible, here! There was a little podcast jingle played in the very beginning. Then, the pause after the brief introduction (right before the elevator speech/talking logo begins) was sounds effects of a large crowd and busy city street. I will work on fixing these issues, I was unable to figure out why the microphone was not picking these sounds up. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

I think you have a future in podcasting—it was fantastic! One suggestion I have is to really emphasize the idea that guests don’t need to spend a night “on the town” because they’ll have everything they need right at the rental. This could be a great marketing angle, especially for rentals in areas that aren’t known for vibrant nightlife or restaurants. Clients might see more value and be willing to pay more if they know they can save a lot by not going out every night to eat or celebrate.

Thank you for the advice, I agree that that could be a unique marketing angle, as many current properties within areas around me focus on external attractions near the property, opposed to the property itself.
